Diane's Chicken Casserole

Filling...

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables

1. Cook and boil chicken in water; save broth.

2. Tear or cut chicken into pieces.

3. Mix together chicken, soup, broth and mixed vegetables. Pour into a 9x13 pan.

Topping...

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick oleo

1. Mix topping together like a paste and pour over chicken and vegetable mixture.

2. Bake at 350-400 degrees for one hour. (Can bake a half hour to make it just a bit more brown if you like.)
